A community needs to be animated to produce effects. Starting today, online, and then throughout the Rencontres, a team of concierges with varied skills will be present to welcome, guide and facilitate the connection between participants and provide the boost, the little trigger, which transforms the experience of participating in an event into a unique moment.

Whether it is to support the preparation of the Rencontres, in particular to help us create a map of Marseille at children’s height and make contact with the city’s merchants to inform them of the process in progress, or to support the smooth running of the event, every bit of help is precious.
