This international event celebrates the outdoor classroom initiative to inspire learners and teachers of all ages to share in a friendly and open learning environment.

An Event Like No Other
The professional meetings of the Rencontres Internationales de la Classe Dehors are dedicated to interdisciplinary collaboration, networking, and training of professionals. They are designed to encourage mutual enrichment between practitioners, researchers and others involved in outdoor education, from toddlers to university students.
Between the 11th and the 18th of May 2025, “Les enfants enchantent Marseille” invites teachers, educators and youth workers, from nursery schools to universities, to participate in at least half a day of outdoor learning in Marseille, either on their own or with the support of a partner. This educational initiative will enable the children of Marseille and the surrounding area to invest the city’s public spaces, natural areas and cultural venues with educational, artistic and civic activities.
